Communication between user in VXLAN

Hello, VXLAN configuration is different with traditional one. The below shows how one user to start to communicate anther one. Traditional one is to send broadcast to find other user. But in VLXAN, how user1 (left bottom) find destination user2(right bottom) mac 0000.5e00.5366 or 192.168.2.102 in first step? Thanks
