Is there any difference on performance if we use normal port as uplink port instead of using the uplink port?

Let me put this way :
up-link port - to connect your up-link switches for higher capacity or down-link switches depends on requirement. (these are different ASIC) - in modern switches.
Normal port (access port) - these meant to be connect end devices like - PC, Phone and printers. these run on different ASIC
some of the switches have subscription ratios ( normal port to uplink port) - this can be find in the product description.

Yes, I do understand the usage of a uplink port.
Just wanna know any performance difference between 1G normal port and 1G uplink port as a uplink port.

depends on the subscription yes

Answers depends on the actual switch.
On some switches, the only difference might be whether a copper port is wired MDI or MDI-X.
On some switches, the uplink port has more hardware resources (usually buffering resources) supporting it.
