Compatibility Issue question for SG300-10P 10-Port Gigabit PoE Managed Switch

Hello, 

 

We are planning to upgrade an SG300-10P 10-Port Gigabit PoE Managed Switch to the latest firmware, and in our network, there are like 7 SG300 switches which are running the firmware from 2013. So, after we do the firmware upgrade on one of the SG300 to a 2020 version, would there be any compatibility issue, with this switch running with the other SG300's running the old firmware? 

 

Also, after the firmware upgrade, if any issues happen, do we have the option to go back to the old firmware?
