Hi all,
i'm having a weird issue that I never saw before. I have two cisco 3650s in a collapsed core configuration, and connected to this switches I have 5 - 2960s that are access switches. I have connected to the two main switches video recording devices and connected as well to the 3650 I have a Windows Server 2012R2 computer that I'm using as an engineering PC, and connected to the access switches I have workstations running Windows 10 used to see the cameras.
The system is configured in Multicast and the issue is when the Windows Server 2021R2 machine connects and then disconnects from a camera, it makes the entire stream to go down in the recording device and the recording device as to once again grab the stream. But the same doesn't happen in the workstations, the workstations connect and disconnect and all is good.
To had to the confusion this is only happening in the cameras located within the same switch where the Windows Server Machine is connected. The cameras are on the network 10.14.40.0/24, but the windows server and recording devices and workstations are on 10.14.20.0/24. Any other cameras that are routed it works well and the Windows Server 2012R2 doesn't affect them, I can connect and disconnect that the recording devices keep the stream always.
Any ideas please?
Thank you
