Configuration transferring from switch to switch

Dear All,

What are the ways through which i can copy the entire configuration from one Cisco 2950 switch to another same switch.

copy, cut and paste

pull the config from a tftp server

You may need to copy (vlan.dat) or recreate the VLAN db. You will also need to create SSH keys and any other device specific items.
