Can anyone point me to documentation or a config example of how to enable Jumbo Frames on a EHWIC? It's installed in a 1921 and the MTU command on the integrated gig ports is staightforward and works but I cannot find any way to enable a higher MTU on the EHWIC ports. Googled, have read the following documentation on configuring the EHWICs but there is no mention of how to adjust MTU...
and
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Gigabit_EtherSwitch_EHWIC_Basic_Customer_Configuration_Example
It's clearly stated in the data sheet that jumbo frames are supported.
Thanks

Documentation is not always correct.
Is this a EHWIC-4ESG card?
Are you running IOS 15.1(2)T or later with IP base license?

Sadly I am well aware that a TAC case on this might result in a "documentation defect" which is a bit ridiculous.. Normally that would be called "false advertising"... But I digress... it's a
NAME: "8 Port GE POE EHWIC Switch on Slot 0 SubSlot 1", DESCR: "8 Port GE POE EHWIC Switch"
PID: EHWIC-D-8ESG-P
and I'm running c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-1.T

Since this is considered an 8 port switch, can you enable Jumbo frame globally?

The standard catalyst 'system mtu jumbo" command doesn't work and I've found no other command combination at the system level or port level that works on these ports. the built in routed gig ports support the normal mtu command at the interface level.
