Hi All,
I am configuring NEXUS hardware on CCW. But I am wondering which is better, is it possible to choose only F series modules rather than M series and could achieve L3 and L2, MPLS with nexus specific features like OTV,LISP,Fabricpath. Or M series module is also required? Kindly elaborate.....

You can find all the info for supported features for the F and M modules on the Nexus infosite:

You also need to check your Power/Routing Tables/Latency/Others requirement, M modules are mostly for IP Based services and F modules for L2/Datacenter services:
