10.1.32.0/24 IP range: 10.1.32.0..255
10.1.43.64/26 IP range: 10.1.32.64..127
10.1.43.128/26 IP range: 10.1.32.128..191
So, as the other posters have also noted, 10.1.32.1 isn't in either of the above /26 networks, but is in the /24.
Although the /24 "summary" does include both of the listed /26 networks, it also includes more IPs, it also includes the /26 networks, 10.1.32.0/26 and 10.1.32.192/26; the former also being the /26 that does include 10.1.32.1.
BTW, summary network prefixes can include IP addresses they don't really "own", but you need to be very careful when doing so.
