Connecting a 2348UPQ FEX to 56128 Nexus

Hello,

I am looking to connect a FEX 2348 UPQ to 56128 Nexus switch. can I use FET-10G on the SFP+ Ports on the FEX side to connect them?

the connection is not working as expected, but I am unsure if using SFP on a Host/Unified Port is the culprit or the fact that we are still using 7.0(5)N1(1) version for which I found contradicting information regarding the FEX model (it's the first 2348 connected). Our Partner confirmed the version/model compatible, though.

uplink port has

switchport mode fex-fabric
fex associate 150

port stays notconnec. we have light on both ends, so SFPs should be good, also have worked before.

 - Check this link for supported SFP's : https://tmgmatrix.cisco.com/?npid=611 , please note the column with the minimum software release mentioned : 7.1(0)N1(1) , it looks like you need to upgrade ,
