Hi all, we are having an issue with citrix over the internet, Im doing a test connection to some sap servers, it drops after a while, would i need to increase the timeouts or keepalives on my firewall, and what do these do ?
Hi , I arent sure on this, the connection testing facilty uses a citrix connection, then opens a window within it with a countdown clock, its this that disconnects, it says the connection was disconnected, any ideas ?
If they are actually getting a clock counting down to the disconnect then this is a Citrix function. Would suggest your Citrix admins take a look at this.
