Hello Everyone ,

i'm experiecning a problemr with a Cisco 3825 routers , i got a black screen when trying to console into devices ...

The same issue occurs with 2 differents devices (both 3825) .

i'tried to adjust the speed with many different values but same issue.

Already tried Putty, TeraTerm ,...

Do you know if there is anything to do in order to get a right console connection into thoses routers ?

Are these running systems currently?

Can you reboot one and do you see output during boot?

There is a no exec command that can be put on the console port that disables it, so if it is running and configured, you may be out of luck without wiping the config.
