control-plane command removed?

I have a 3560 and upgraded from 12.2(46)SE to 12.2(58)SE and the control-plane command is now gone.  I can't find any specific documentation on the control-plane command and the SE train of code.

After upgrades, I have to explain differences in the configuration.  I work in the Utility Industry and have to meet NERCC/FERC standards.

I am having same issue with my 3560-x with c3560e-universalk9-mz.152-3.E2.bin

In summary, the issues is we cant enable control plane on the SW.

the command control-plane  is not accepted in global config mode.

Any update on this.  I had the same issue after upgrading to 12.2.58 SE2 as well.  It also doesn't show in the 15.0.2 SE10 as well and kicked the command out after updating to the new versions.  Is control-plane deprecated?
