I need to convert a two switch  9300_48p stack to a two switch 24p stack. Can i just do a more or less cut n paste?

What about this line crypto pki certificate pool
cabundle nvram: *****

Can i copy that as well?

What other bits will I need to change or can i copy verbatim within reason?

Yes, you can configure the same settings on the lower model and remove the last 24-port configuration, as the new switch has only 24 ports.

Make sure it is running the same version of code for the commands to work as expected.

Do not copy the crypto config; configure the rest of the information related to the configuration.

Hello @lowfell ,

the certificates are self signed and they are specific and local of each device. I think you should not copy these sections on new device.

You should find something equivalent on new device

Hope to help

Giuseppe
