Converting 3650 LanBase to IP services

Hi,

We have C3650-24TS-L switch. We need to convert it to C3650-24TS-E for a requirement. Would it be possible. If so can someone walk me through the process

In addition to @marce1000's helpful reference, from your question, moving from -L (LAN Base) to -E (IP Services) is jumping past -S (IP Base). I believe you can do that directly, i.e. you may not need to apply the IP Base license although there may be an additional cost for such a license upgrade (accounting for not having the IP Base license) and I also believe you can upgrade from a -L (some Cisco switch models don't allow this).
