Hi,

You don't need 3 layers anymore. You just need 2 layers (access and core). For 350 people, you need about 8 48 port switches. All 8 can be uplinked to a set of core switches that can be stacked if you desire to have redundancy. For access switches, you can use the 9300 series switches and for the core, you can use the 9400 or the 9500 series switches.

Have a look at the data sheet for these switches:

For 350 hosts, you could have all connected to one device, or one stack of devices. You might even have all in the same L2 domain.

If you do use more than one physical device or stack, two physical layers would be fine but your core/distribution should be have redundancy so that its failure does not take down your whole network (also you want redundancy for a single not stackable device).

As for recommendation for actual devices, there's insufficient information.
