i bought some Cisco switches , but on the website, not coverage, what dose this mean? is the devise original or not ?

The equipment is original, but, Cisco no longer sells or supports them.

I'm not sure that is strictly true as the EoL notice has not been issued for the platform, just an earlier software train:
