CPU on Nexus 5K switch stays between 90-99%

Hi Team,

I am seeing high cpu utilization on few of my nexus 5000 series switches with version 5.2(1)N1(9). when I am serching about the issue, I found that 

CSCtt35436 is being tracked for a similar problem in
the newer releases. Can Anyone tell me the details about this bug and this bug is still open in version 5.2(1)N1(9).?

I think you should open a ticket with TAC and have them provide an image that does not contain this bug.

CPU at 90-99 is not good.
