Hi,
I am doing practice lab with Cisco 3750. I have below config details:
Config for subnet:
VLAN interface with HSRP
prefix-list
static route advertisement
static to eigrp redistribution with route-map.
I removed Vlan interface and prefix-list then got kicked out. when I check CPU utilization was hitting 90%. I was trying to remove all other prefix-list and route advertisement for that subnet. After removing all It came down. I was not able to look for CPU sorted process.
Now, question is do I need to follow any particular process to remove these config from device to prevent high utilization?
Can anyone please explain me what happen and why?
Thanks in advanced.

Hi,
There is no particular order or process for removing configs. You maybe encountering a bug in the IOS you are running. You may want to use a different version of IOS and test again.
