Quextion:- i have just see high cpu utliztion on WS-C3650-24PS switch, it's working on 03.06.03E ios virsion, is there any problem with this IOS

Can you issue the command:
show process cpu sorted
This should show a list of processes the CPU is handling sorted by highest to lowest. This should show you why your CPU is showing high utilization.

Post the complete output to the following command when the CPU is "high":
sh proc cpu sort | exclude 0.00
