hi! I've 2 4506e core sw with sup5 engine. I noticed that one of the core has slightly higher cpu than the other. The cpu is between 15%-35% and the other core is always between 9%-15%. I did a sh proc cpu and noticed the utilization below. The Mgt LoPri is always on the high side and i think this causes that core sw to have a higher cpu usage.....Any idea what does that mean? and what causes that? Thanks.

This behavior seems normal to me.  One switch may be processing more of a load than the other, but there's nothing here to be alarmed about.  Here's some info that may help you understand what is going on.
