Hi,
I've downloaded the latest CLI Analyzer tool, on cisco's website it appears that the tool in build in to the CLI analyzer
"Crashinfo Analyzer NEW
Platforms: IOS / IOS-XE
Given a crashinfo file, attempts to match that file against known issues to determine the root cause of the system reset ".
However when running a show tech-support output through the CLI tool which has a crash info file, it advised to look at the crash info tool, however I can not find it.
I've tried https://cway.cisco.com/cli/#integratedtac however the link does not work.
also tried the tools catalogue.
Is is possible to decode a crash file without opening a TAC case?

No its a TAC tool but if you open it up sometimes you can see something , but they feed it into a specific tool , i have yet to see it available ton the public though , analyzer is the best to come out yet ,before that was the output interpreter

Can you attach the file to this thread? Let us (non-Cisco people) see if we can make sense with it.
