Hi Sean,
I dont think, you need to upgrade the IOS for CRC error . CRC is most likely Layer 1 issue .
Layer 1 issue means -- it involve below things .
Switch --GBIC--Cable ---patch panel -- cable-- GBIC --switch .
IS the devices connected directly or thr' patch panel .
Did you replace the GBIC and cable both side.
I would do below thing to narrow down the issue.
1. Change GBIC , cable, patch panel port both side.
2. Move the one side switch port.
3. If the issue not resolved then other side also .
Hope above things will help to narrow down the issue.

Hi .Suresh
Thanks for your help.
Cat 6509-E connected Between Cat 2960 switch directly.
I move another port, (origin port : gi 1/8 -> new port : gi 1/17) it's same result.
Tried : change optical cord and SFP, and coldboot 2960 switch
Cat 6509==SFP======direct connect====SFP==2960 Switch
what can i try to another actions clear CRC issue?
TQ
Best Regards.
