Create RSTP in Cisco-3750

Hi,

I have two Cisco-3750 Switches and i want to enable RSTP only two Ports. But i m not able to cofigure ? Please suggest me anybody.

Hi Santosh,

Spanning tree is a global configuration and cannot be enabled/disabled per port. To enable RPVST globally, configure the following:

Switch(config)#spanning-tree mode rapid-pvst

Once you enable rpvst, there will be one spanning tree instance for each vlan acting on all the ports in up/up state.
