create static routes in routers via SNMP - how ?

is it possible somehow to creates static routes in cisco routers through SNMP instead of doing CLI (if fx. you need to add a static route to a large number of routers) ?

I guess you have to create a RW community ?

and what tool should be used ?

using ciscoworks LMS, go to netconfig tab and there you can create a configuration task (list of commands) and send them to a list of devices
