Hi,

We have 2x Cisco 4948e.

I monitor the switches with Centreon-Plugins using SNMP.

Since about 2 weeks, we have this error in our webinterface and I would like to know if it's an important alert or not.

CRITICAL: Sensor 'TenGigabitEthernet1/50 Supply Voltage Sensor' is 3.28 V - Sensor 'TenGigabitEthernet1/50 Bias Current Sensor' is 0.0047 A

I hope you have a Cisco support contract, because I would be contacting TAC about this one with a view to getting the hardware swapped out.  If this has been operating fine, and the issue only started two weeks ago, and there have been no changes then it sounds like the hardware is starting to fail.
