CUCM Install with different IPs

Level 1

I have a home setup that consists of....

1. vm CUCM 11.1 (192.168.15.60) on a Dell R610 server (windows 10) which is connected to home internet (192.168.0.20)

2. 3550 POE

3. Cisco 2621xm router (DHCP enabled w/ 10.15.0.1 for voice)

Trying to understand how to configure the router to allow phones to register to CUCM

Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply, I went through the doc and check off everything as in place already. I believe my issue is getting the CUCM (192.168.15.60) to register my 2 phones (10.15.0.14 & 10.15.0.12) I think I am missing a route entry in my router.

Please keep in my the host of my VM has 2 NICs primary: 192.168.0.20 & secondary: 192.168.15.200
