Is it Dell Switch stacking cable compatible with Cisco Switch ?

Personally not tried, I do not believe they work with Cisco.

No, not even stacking cable compatible among Cisco devices; Different port types for different stacking cables.

Cisco 2960 stacking cable will not work in c3750s, 3750s are not compatible with c3850s, 3850s stacking cable are compatible with any of 9000s series.

Edit: correction Data Stack cables for c3850 are same as for 9300s. Power stack are not.

No, and don't try. Cisco or Dell TAC will hate to tell you that you need to replace that first
