my network: pc1--SW1-SW2-R1.
pc1 is dhcp client and already get IP address from R1 (cisco DHCP server), sw1 use dhcp snooping on vlan 101, and use dhcp snooping trust for interface between sw1 and sw2, sw2 is dhcp relay(proxy).
now I got the problem, in SW1, I type sh ip dhcp binding, but there is no entry, same as SW2. so what goes wrong, thanks

From my understanding of what you have written, your router is acting as the DHCP server and to see the addresses handed out you need to run the command on the router. Not the switches.
RU-UUS-CCME-01#sh ip dhcp binding
Bindings from all pools not associated with VRF:
IP address Client-ID/ Lease expiration Type
Hardware address/
