DHCP failed. APIPA is being used.

Hello, I click PC1 and go to Dekstop and then i click DHCP. and i got message : DHCP failed. PIPA is being used.

can someone help me pls??

- What kind of environment is this? actual hardware? emulator?

- if hardware then what hardware? if emulator then what emulator?

- what is this PC connected to?

- what has been configured?
