DHCP IP Address Allocation from external Source

I have a DHCP server configured on a 3560 switch.

I have a list of devices (PCs, IP Phones, etc). I would like to allocate IPs based on the MAC address but not configured on the 3560 switch.

Rather is there a way I keep a record, say on a text file, of MAC addresses binded to IP addresses (of my choice) on an FTP server. The cisco switch checks this file on DHCP request and if there is a match allocates the IP address accordingly.

Look into configuring Manual Bindings, and Configuring Static Mapping, also Configuring the DHCP Server to Read a Static Mapping Text File sections, used to pool preconfigured manual bindings info from tftp server onto device dhcp services.

Just go over the complete link carefully, it provides rich ios dhcp information.
