DHCP issue

Hi Guys,
i have a problem with my network, sometimes the Clients got a different IP address than i reserved for them "i have assigned 10.100.1.0/24", but they got IP of range 192.168.x.x i think there must be some Access point routers in my clients rooms, what is the best solution to prevent a such IP form coming back to my switches.

thanks for your reply, as i proposed for myself, but i haven't configure the Snooping before, would you recommend a specific configuration please? or if you see the below steps are enough i can go ahead with:
ip dhcp snooping
ip dhcp snooping vlan x
no ip dhcp snooping information option

interface x/x
 ip dhcp snooping trust
