Gracias

as i clarified, all the ports in the 48 ports can be used for PoE, subject to power availability,

example - if the document mentioned  370W / 15W (device) - you can only add maximum 24 devices to that switch

if it is 750W / 15W = 48 ports can be used for PoE

hope this helps you ( as example)

C1000-48P-4G-L

48x 10/100/1000 Ethernet PoE+ and 370W PoE budget ports, 4x 1G SFP uplinks

C1000-48FP-4G-L

48x 10/100/1000 Ethernet PoE+ ports and 740W PoE budget, 4x 1G SFP uplinks

because of the PSU

OK. But both switches brings POE on the 48 ports?

According to some sources in other web sites, C1000-48P-4G-L only brings
POE to 24 ports, not to the 48, being the model 48FP the only to bring POE
to the 48 ports.

Even mention FP as "Full POE"...

Is that's true?

It all depends on PSU capacity more PSU means more POE.

Yes. Of course more PSU means more POE-

But why other web sites as :

https://www.shi.com/shop/search/hardware/networking-and-security/hubs-and-switches?k=C1000-48P-4G-L&sk=1&h=1

or

https://4startech.com/c1000-48p-4g-l-cisco-catalyst-1000-switch-48-ports-poe-370w-new/

describes the the 48P as : Ports 24 x 10/100/1000 (PoE+) + 24 x 10/100/1000

and the 48FP as :Ports 48 x 10/100/1000 (PoE+) ??

Hence my confusion. The difference in price is notable and that's the
reason because I am creating this query .

Thank you very much in advance

always refer cisco product guide,
