We are migrating from a 2960 to a 9200L switch.
Will there be any difference between the 9200 and 9200L configuration?
How to start with the configuration and setup?

Hello @vban
9200L is the fixed uplink model (uplinks are non-modular).
On the other hand, 9200 has modular uplinks, allowing different network modules.
Also, migrating from a c2960 to a 9200L (or 9200) switch should be straightforward.

Enter the 2960 config into the 9200/9200L one line at a time until it stops due to incorrect configuration. Investigate why and continue.

You may run into some differences, especially if you're running a particularly old IOS version on the 2960.
@Leo Laohoo suggestion is good.
What I personally also like to do, is use a diff comparison tool between the old config and the new config and be able to account for any differences.
