Difference between Cisco small business and catalyst switches

Dear Sirs,

I adviced a customer to buy  Cisco SGE2010 48-Port Gigabit Switch because it's better price than cisco catalyst WS-C2960-48PST-L

but the customer determind he need catalyst so I told him that his company need Cisco SGE2010 48-Port Gigabit Switch and it's more than enough so he asked me :

What is the differance between Cisco small business and catalyst switches? so what should I answer ?

Are there any specific features that the customer is looking for?

You could take a look at the datasheet of both switches to tell the difference & to tell why 2960 is advanced than SGE.
