Difference between K9-EU and K9-NA ?

we are looking for a small 10GBit Switch with 2 SFP+ and some 10GBit Base-T connectors.

I found the SG350XG-2F10 and it looks good so far. I am not sure what is the differnece between SG350XG-2F10-K9-EU and SG350XG-2F10-K9-NA ?
