Disabling Service Pad

How to disable service pad on Nexus 5 & 7K?
Is this command "no service pad" even valid on these two core switches.

Hi

no service PAD is used to disable  X.25  service which is only used on WAN routers and is legacy so there would be no requirement for it on DC Nexus switches

Is there documentation somewhere that shows that service is unavailable on Nexus (and thus no need to disable it)? I have a similar requirement related to a government contract.
