Hello
I have 4 devices about the light system and these device connected cisco 2960 switch
I can access these devices (ping ), after some time I cannot access
I see "switch port up and connect on 2960 switch"
if I use dummy switch these devices never disconnect and every time access
I tried no cdp neighbor , speed 10 , no auto-negotiation
can you share experience or advice these situations

Hi, can you check the log of the switch (show logging)?
Can you check if the port go in blocking due to spanning tree (show spanning tree summary)?
Regards.

test with a minimal interface config
also try speed auto, duplex auto
could connect a test laptop to one of those same ports & check if it stays connected

these devices connect to new 2960 switch and there is no config, the port is up but there is no ping
Do these devices obtain ip address allocation via dhcp or are they statically assigned?
On the access ports do you have spanning-tree portfast enabled?
Could you try the following
default int x/x
int x/x
switchport host
power inline never <if poe switch>
shut
no shut
