Please suggest a dmz switch , there are web server and proxy  server hosted  

Preferred a data center grade (nexus) switch  with 10g uplink

Nexus 3100-V with LAN Enterprise license (N3K‑LAN1K9)* But this can cost.  I´d go with 9300 which can cost less and will do the job.

       - As stated by other reply , you will usually not need nexus on DMZ which targets data-center networking solutions.
