DNS Server and Wireless Router - Same IP

Good morning,
I am writing here on the forum to ask you if it is possible for the Wireless Router (WRT300N) and the Server-PT (DNS) to have the same IP on the network, e.g. 192.168.0.1 and so that when you enter a domain, e.g. cat.net, it does not redirect to the WRT300N configuration page
Thank you in advance for your help and please give me some relatively simple solutions

 You can not have two devices with the same IP on the network.  For further assist you, attach your PacketTracer project here (need to zip it first). And tell me what you intend to do and is not working.
