PTP interface status is not changing from uncalibrated to SLAVE state

Hi,

I was trying to PTP sync across our research network, but at one point, one device's PTP interface stuck at UNCALIBRATED mode, instead of changing to SLAVE mode. Both Master and Slave devices are Cisco 9300 and they are connected using fiber. But it's down stream device's (9300) port status also changed to slave mode. Would you please help me to resolve this issue?

what IOS XE Code running, how is your network hierarchy looks like, it show domain 24  is that matches in the config of others ?

UNCALIBRATED  - is part of election process - how is your configuration looks like ?

So, in our case,

Grandmaster clock directly connected to the 1st Cisco 9300 with ethernet cables.(tenG 1/0/4, already this interface SLAVE MODE, and already PTP synced)
TenGigabitEthernet1/0/4 24 SLAVE (to GMC)

TwentyFiveGigE1/1/1 24 MASTER (to 2nd Sw)
