The document wont be based on the platform but rather the image
I just know as I have them configured here running it
If you need to prove it to your customer get the software code out of flash or show version there running and go to feature navigator it will show you its supported

Yes 19s will support it too even the 800 series support vrrp
Its common and been around long enough its included I believe in nearly all software releases for routers
