UC540W-FXO-K9, ONLY THE FANS AND SYS AND POE LEDS WORK. I CAN NOT ENTER THE TEAM BY NET I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME

I didn't get your query but can you share console output from the boot process? If it is not in production then restart it and capture console output.
