Downgrade Cisoc 4500X-40 SFP VSS from 3.09.02 to 3.08.08/3.08.09

Hi,

i plan to downgarde our 4500 VSS from 3.09.02 (wich fixed the arp table bug)  to 3.08.08 to get into an Maintained (MD) firmware version train. Are there any known problems in the 3.08 Firmware ? Is the arp cache issue from 3.09.00 already fixed ?

Is it better to downgrade to 3.08.09 than 3.08.08.
