I am going to Downgrade the IOS version from 15.0(2)SE6 to IOS 12.2(55)SE9 for c2960.

Any consequences of downgrade?

What things i need to keep in mind before perfo

what is the reason of downgrade ?

some of the config may break working because of Lower version ?

As @balaji.bandi also notes, "some of the config may break working because of Lower version".

Cisco newer versions will normally automatically "upgrade" config syntax to what that version expects, but the converse isn't true.

If you previously upgraded from 12.2 to 15.0, and haven't made any config changes, and kept a copy the last good 12.2 config, you might just apply that as the new startup before you reload the switch.
