Problem subject (Access-List)

hello everyone I hope you will be safe and healthy , I'm already configured a interface loopback and ip to interface ,ospf and extended access-list  in router 2 , I faced on this error what is solution and thanks for any answer (from FULL to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Dead timer expired)

You need to post full config,

as per the information, i am guessing, once you apply that rule to interface, all the communication was denied and only allowed WWW traffic ? where did you applied that ACL ? is that same interface used for OSPF commnication ?

If you remove that ACL, is the OSPF establish again ?

Yes acl kill opsf traffic,

You need to allow opsf 

Permit ospf source destination<- this what you need
