Hi,
Your NAT config is correct. Can you specify the route to secondary ISP as a backup route by setting a higher AD so all traffic is sent to the primary ISP to test.:
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 10
Now ping 8.8.8.8 from a host in your LAN and post output of sh ip nat translations, if it is empty then verify you can ping 8.8.8.8 from the router and tell us what happens.

Good eye Alain. This indeed fixed my issues. I changed to ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 10 set up dhcp and my users are online. Thanks for all your help.
