Hi,
Is it possible to set a port on a cat os to duplex full\speed 10 that is connected to a Ethernet interface on a router with duplex set to full. I'm experiencing latency connecting over my WAN. I want to replace the Ethernet with FE but in the mean time i'd like to set it up as duplex full. when i try to set port duplex full on the switch it says its in autosensing mode and stays at half.
Any idea?

If the port is 10/100BaseT, yes you can configure it to 10BaseT/Full-duplex
SW1: (enable) set port speed 4/1 10
Port(s) 4/1 speed set to 10Mbps.
SW1: (enable) set port duplex 4/1 full
Port(s) 4/1 set to full-duplex.
SW1: (enable)
4/1 disabled 1 full 10 10/100BaseTX
