EEM Script on 2960S

I've a 2960S in a stack, it's showing high CPU sometimes, but I can't identify what is the process responsible for that. I research and I could see that EEM script is not available on the 2960S in order to find the process.

Anyone has some idea how can I identify the high CPU on the device ?

Re: EEM Script on 2960S

If @Mark Malone suggestion doesn't reveal any culprits you may be looking at a case of processed-switched packets. The fact that a IOS upgrade didn't fix the problem makes me think it is not a bug but a symptom of the type of network traffic being processed through the switch.

What is the output of: show controllers cpu-interface

cheers,

Seb.

Post the complete output to the command "sh proc cpu sort | ex 0.00" and "sh version".
