EIGRP on 10Gigabit link

Dear all,

Does anybody know if today (July2010) EIGRP is able to "support and understand" delay metric on 10Gigabit uplinks differentiating them from Gigabit ?

This would be very useful since finally we'll be able to avoid the manual fine-tuning on each Gigabit uplink using delay IOS command?

Cisco are talking about doing something this year as far as i know but at present no there is not the granularity to distinguish.
