Hi All,

Please help me to resolve to resolve the following query.

in my network there are two mail servers

1. lotus notes server

2.microsoft exchange

from lotus notes we are receiving mails at exchange, but from exchange mails are not delivered to lotusnotes.

these servers are connected in LAN and are in same VLAN.

I tested ping - successful (from both the servers to each other)

telnet - successful (from one server to other server)

please let me know if there are any tools or any debug commands to check this issue.

please provide me commands for CatOS and IOS both.

Thanks

Hi,

As you have told that lotus and exchange servers are in same vlan that means full ip based connectivity is there between the two,i would suggest you to check the mail forwarding configuration in exchange server to lotus note server.

check out the below link hope that helps
